Story Slam Workshops at Mount Holyoke College, Greenfield Community College and Holyoke Community College

So far we have held three workshops for college students in the Pioneer Valley.  The workshops are in anticipation of the LANES Storytelling Conference: Sharing the Fire on March 28th at UMass, Amherst.  Storyteller Bob Reiser and I will now hold Story Slams.              Here’s a photo of the winners at the Five College Story Slam held at Mount Holyoke College in January.  Left to right: Alexis Teyie- Awarded Favorite Story! (Amherst College), Wenhao Gui (Mount Holyoke College), Yuka Oiwa (Smith College), Jeminah Kamau, (Mount Holyoke College), Casey Morrocco (University of Massachusetts).  Not pictured is Lauren Delapenha (Amherst College).

Next story slam is March 12th at Holyoke Community College in Holyoke, Mass.
